Project Background :

The Republic of Mali, which population is estimated at 18 million inhabitants in 2015 (with half living in urban areas) is no exception to this observation. In this regard, the Government through Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), set the goal of ensuring access to adequate sanitation for 6 million people.
This project is part of this framework and consists of developing liquid and solid waste sanitation systems in the major and secondary cities of the country.
